During the last three days of the Convergence there will demos and actions against immigration controls, concluding with the NoBorders Carnival on Saturday 18th February 2012.

In London and the surrounding area there are five large migration prisons (immigration detention centres): Colnbrook and Harmondsworth at Heathrow, Brook House and Tinsley House at Gatwick, and Yarl's Wood near Bedfordshire. The headquarters of the UK Border Agency are in Croydon in south London. And nearby there are offices of many of the companies who profit from detention and deportation: Serco, G4S. WH Tours.
