Life is too short.....public meeting 20th Jan

On Saturday 23rd January London No Borders is organising two demos in London, one at St Pancras to protest against the UKBA and migration controls, and the other at Piccadilly Circus to protest against state surveillance.

We invite you to a public meeting on Wednesday 20th January from 7pm at The Library House,52 Knatchbull Road, Brixton, SE5 9QY, to discuss the demos in more detail.

Mass occupation by sans-papiers in Paris

Since July 2009, up to 3000 undocumented workers and their families [sans-papier] have occupied an empty office block in the 18th arrondisement of Paris known as the "Ministry for the Regulariation of all Sans-Papiers".

Call for NoBorder camp in Brussels Sept/Oct 2010

In September/October 2010 people want to organize a No Border Camp in Brussels, hosting workshops, debates, (direct) actions and trainings.
On Saturday 5th December, there was a first meeting about the
organization. Next meeting is planned on the 11th January. They invite
everybody to join the organization.

Cross-channel Protest against Anglo-French Border Regime

(source: indymedia london) On Saturday 28th November 2009, despite a heavy presence of riot police in Calais, French and British solidarity activists staged a cross-channel protest from Calais to Folkestone. Over 65 activists from across France and the UK protested against the tightening of border controls and the collaboration between the French and the British authorities, which is creating a heightened humanitarian crisis in Calais where hundreds of migrants now sleep rough and suffer constant police abuse, after being stopped from entering Britain, and having their homes in Calais bulldozed in September of this year.
